Descrierea jobului
- Ofera sprijin utilizatorilor OLX in ceea ce priveste probleme semnalate, intrebari sau solicitari; - Determina cauza problemei, alege cea mai buna solutie de rezolvare si explica alegerea facuta; - Urmareste rezolvarea cu succes a solicitarilor; - Identifica trenduri in feedback-ul primit de la utilizatori in activitatea zilnica; - Investigheaza problemele intampinate de utilizatori; - Gestioneaza cazurile semnalate prin chat, email sau telefon.
