In Romania we have 3 offices located in Bucharest and Timisoara, where we have over 200 employees.
Short description of our departments
Technical Assistance Center includes support engineers in different product lines, providing support for Business Customers, to solve technical issues and major incidents in an efficient way. Support engineers are the owners of problem tickets, in charge of communicating with customers, troubleshooting and providing the best solution.
Customer Care Representative Team receives all requests from our customers in 6 different languages, through different channels. They are in charge of providing non-technical support, or creating tickets for technical issues and dispatching them to corresponding engineers (teams) based on product line and technology.
The Marketing and Channel Support Center provides a full range of channel oriented services by helping our partners to ensure the service continuity and continually improve our service quality. Furthermore, this center also provides a service exhibition section with access for our partners and customers who would like to visit.
