From this role, you will have the opportunity to design and implement internal communication actions for a proper dissemination of information within the company.

These will be your responsibilities:

• Implementation of the internal communication strategy;


• Ensuring the communication flow within the company;


• Conceiving, editing and distributing internal communication materials;


• Managing video content creation for Intranet;


• Managing content broadcasted on Mega TV network;


• Collaborating with partners and specific service providers (advertising agencies).

What skills do you need? 📖

• University degree (Public Relations/Journalism/Communication can be an advantage, but is not mandatory);


• Previous experience in a similar position 1-3 years (corporate environment, agencies, press);


• Digital mindset & passion for digitalization and innovation in the online environment;


• Good working knowledge of the Microsoft package;


• English (written &spoken) - advanced level;


• Excellent communication and relationship skills;


• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills;


• Creativity, flexibility, the ability to manage multiple projects;


• Results-driven, flexible, curious, positive and enthusiastic;


• Detail-oriented, passion for internal storytelling and connecting colleagues.
