Job Overview:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and 3-5 years experienced in Infrastructure Projects to join our tender department in Bucharest, Romania.︄︋︀︌︁︁︎︎︉︍︎︀


• A relevant degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field.


• Proficiency in using tender management software and Microsoft Office.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure all submissions are accurate and complete.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Romanian and English.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize all necessary documents for the eligibility submission folder to ensure compliance with tender requirements related to procedures published on SEAP platform.


• Preparation of work methodologies / PTE / quality plans - required according to the award documents


• Identifying the types of works that require special authorizations and the necessary subcontractors


• Preparation of technical offers to participate in public/private tenders.


• Ensure all tender documentation is prepared within the required deadlines, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.


• Utilize knowledge of Windev applications to assist in the preparation and submission process is a plus.


• Experience in preparing execution charts (Gantt charts) with the help of software applications is a plus.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tender preparation, preferably within large scale Infrastructure Projects.


• Experience in studying technical documentation (technical projects, feasibility studies, etc.) and analyzing them - including formulating clarification requests to the Contracting Authorities / Beneficiaries
