Green Consulting Services is offering a position of Planner for a person interested in the contract management of the large infrastructure projects developed both in Romania and abroad. We are looking for a young professional willing to pursue a consultancy career in the field of Infrastructure Works Contracts animated by the desire to understand the working principles of complex contracts and a passion for projects that are shaping the modern world like railways, water infrastructure and highways.

Preferred profile:

• Bachelor's degree; Engineering background is considered an advantage.


• Previous proven experience in Infrastructure Projects is considered an advantage.


• Excellent knowledge of MS Project and Primavera P6 software.


• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools.


• Working knowledge with various types of Conditions of Contract (FIDIC, ENAA model forms, Romanian HG1/2018) would be considered an advantage;  


• Strong knowledge of document control principles, practices, and standards.


• Familiarity with legal terminology, contracts, and regulatory requirements.


• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and propose solutions.


• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive experience in document control or records management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.

Main areas of responsibilities:

• Ensure all delay analysis processes align with the SCL Delay and Disruption Protocol;


•  Proficient in various delay analysis techniques recommended by the SCL, such as Time Impact Analysis, Critical Path Method (CPM), and As-Planned vs As-Built;


• Select and justify the most appropriate method for each scenario in accordance with SCL recommendations;


• Support claims with appropriate delay analysis documentation and evidence;


• Collaborate with other project management professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to project scheduling and delay analysis;


• Preparation, monitoring and reviewing of the Works Program, in order to ensure that the submission to the final Customer is precise, in accordance with site problems and the Claims submitted;


• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of all project-related documentation;


• Continuously monitor and follow up on ongoing issues and topics, including Works Programme correspondence;


• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and external stakeholders to facilitate document exchange and information sharing;


• Analyze contractual documents to identify potential risks;


• Support management with ad-hoc requests related to contractual matters.
