Perform market research actions and proactively identify new business leads in the designated markets, attend exhibitions and industry events
Create and maintain relevant relationships with the appointed leads and customers
Supervise, create and negotiate the commercial and technical proposals for the incoming sales opportunities
Understand the customer specific needs, requests and problems; promote efficient communication between the technical team and the customer
Supervise project deployments
Keep an eye on competitor activity and global/local market evolution
Build and develop the detailed business plan
Identify new accounts (retail) and key partners on defined project
Represent the company in key initiatives on targeted markets
Train the partners and their accounts in the solutions provided
Identify initiatives to reach targeted retail market through the correct partners and work with the team to develop tools and collateral to support them
Work together with partners to design\operate and win projects
Plan key industry association and lobbying activities
Anchor and update the business plan with business unit manager by quarter per year
Coordinate with the unit business manager to develop and track objectives and KPIs to measure the performance
Requirements
Understand the industry market conditions
Familiar with product marketing channel, development and construction business
Has more than 3 years of sales/ consultancy experience
Bachelor’s degree – IT Field
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent Written and verbal English and Romanian
Flexible to undertake international business travel
