Discuss by phone and email with the network of auto partners and support them;
Ensure that you meet business objectives and company procedures in communicating and resolving auto partner cases;
Ensure that auto partners are kept constantly updated on the status of their request;
Explain the compensation policy;
Ensures that the return of cars is in line with company policy and objectives.
Your Profile
Advanced English (spoken and written)
Good command of MS Office
At least one year of work experience in customer support/ BPO
Good negotiation skills
Organized, with an eye for details
Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
