Responsibilities:

Responsible for the entire recruitment process;

First contact person throughout the whole application process;

Active search of candidates;

Create and publish the recruitment ads;

Screening of applicants (phone and face to face interviews);

Extend the hiring offers to the eligible candidates;

Building a database of suitable candidates;

Provide regular updates and reports on the recruiting activities;

Encourage the employee referral program and follow up timely on each recommendation.

Job requirements:

Bachelor’s degree within Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology or related discipline;

At least 2 years of staffing/recruiting experience;

Proficiency in French and English;

Ability to deliver results and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates;

Good interpersonal and collaborative skills, ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.

Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently.
