YOUR TASK SCOPE



  • Maintenance and release support for both our Mid-Market Solution as well as our solution for Premium customers

  • Implementation of predefined configuration packages in customer installations and small adaptions on these packages

  • Data imports and exports from our Software Suite based on XML Files of plain text files based on our own import/export routines

  • Support of technical version changes for parts of the software

  • Detailed documentation of all customer related work packages


 


YOUR CAPABILITIES



  • University Degree – Computer Science, Informatics or related preferred

  • Basic knowledge of system administration in Linux and Windows Server Environments

  • Experience in supporting complex configurable software solutions

  • Advanced English language skills

  • Medium German language skills
