Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate HR specialist to coordinate the recrutiment processes for our TrackGPS team.
- Manage and support the recruitment process;
- Develops a training strategy for the employees;
- Use the employer brand and promote it as employer brand of choice;
- Develop effective sourcing strategies, planning all recruiting activities;
- Represent the company in recruiting events such as job fairs;
- Manage the recruitment process for all positions;
- Online searches for appropriate candidates, application screening, interviews;
- Negotiate compensation and benefits;
- Improve recruitment policies and selection procedures;
- Provide regular and accurate recruitment reports.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the experience, confidence and know-how of working in fast growing organizations, establishing strong and positive relationships in a team, assuming in the same time the leading role;
- University degree in relevant specialization, preferably in a Human Resources related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience;
- 2 years of experience in a similar position, in HR or Recruiting department, or agency;
- Experience in using effective tools and modern channels to attract quality candidates;
- Corporate recruiting experience in a fast growing organization is a plus;
- Very good communication, negotiation and networking skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Romanian and English;
- Passionate about finding, attracting and recruiting the best candidates.
