About your role:

• Managing the internal communication in EN

• Work closely with HQ Internal Communications department

• Provide accurate translations of texts in RO/EN


• Follow on communication agenda every week


• Writing the internal newsletter


• Periodical meetings with communication team from other countries.

• Take ownership for the HR tools ecosystem by implementing new systems, administrating and improving them constantly


• Work closely with international internal stakeholders, prioritize projects concerning the HR systems and work on their implementation

About your profile:

• Romanian at mother tongue level and very good English skills


• Communication skills as well as high stylistic confidence and competent writing

• Ideally first experience in HR tools and keen interest on HR matters and employee’s happiness at work


• Fast adapting personality with a hands-on mentality, strong sense of owning your topics and actions, detailed working methodology and “just do it” mentality


• Process-focused thinking and very good communication skills
