Your tasks

Being part of our Operations team, you will work with focus on these topics:

• Branch operations 


• Management, Controlling, building up and optimization of inter-departmental processes and structures


• Ongoing performance measurement, evaluation, derivation optimization of trans-departmental processes and structures


• Project planning and implementation


• KPI reporting and controlling
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Native/Advance level in Bulgarian  (spoken and written)


• At least one year of work experience in customer support/ BPO


• Deep business understanding and excellent knowledge of business processes


• Excellent analytical skills with great communication skills


• Self motivated individual who can succeed in a dynamic, fast paced environment


• Problem solver, self driven and very good assertiveness


• Proficient in MS Office


• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
