We are looking for an Office Coordinator Trainee who is an enthusiastic multi-tasker who feels comfortable in a challenging, fast-paced working environment.

Desired Skills and Experience



  • Welcoming guests and visitors

  • Receiving and distributing correspondence and packages

  • Receiving deliveries from providers

  • Checking the general local e-mail address and forwarding the relevant e-mails

  • Receiving and forwarding incoming calls via StarLeaf

  • Organizing courier shipments

  • Coordinating maintenance tasks, repairs and improvements needed in the office; processing respective tickets in JIRA

  • Selecting providers in order to fulfill the office needs

  • Purchasing supplies according to the office needs

  • Enforcing House Rules, identifying updates and communicating any office related news to the employees

  • Coordinating logistics for meetings, workshops and events

  • Being the first point of contact for office needs



The role is project-based, with the possibility to extend the collaboration.
