WAMGROUP is an ITALIAN manufacturing leading company, experienced in BULK Material Handling; Conveying, Filtration, Solids, Mixing and Blending Equipment, with more than 60 branches around the world. WAM Trading Romania is a subsidiary of WAMGROUP, now searching for a new colleague to cover the Sales Support & Customer Service vacant position.

Mission:

Handle Logistic activities and Sales Team support, in SAP, throughout the entire process, to ensure full customer satisfaction. Act in conjunction with the entire sales team to reach the Company goals.

Activities:

• SAP SD module usage: delivery notes, packing lists, invoicing.


• Logistic Service activities: goods collection and dispatches, stock management, warehouse, export documents.


• Ensure accuracy of information in SAP


• Customer Support activities: provide fast, correct and complete responses/offers to customers, management of pre-orders and after-sales support, provide the periodical requested reports to the Management, quick and effective communication within the sales teams

Requirements:

• University Bachelor's Degree


• English - advanced level


• good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)


• SAP / AutoCAD - will be considered as advantage


• good communication/persuasion skills


• result/customer oriented


• team working spirit


• driving license is mandatory

Required experience:

• at least 2 years experience on a similar role
