We're a Bucharest based company looking for talented UI/UX Designer to join our company.

Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets

Build page navigation buttons and search fields

Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

Create original graphic designs (images, sketches and tables)

Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (responsiveness)

Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Qualifications

5+ years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

Strong portfolio demonstrating user experience knowledge and clean visual design sense

Knowledge of wireframe tools (InVision, Balsamiq)

Expertise using Sketch, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and/or other design/prototyping software

Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

Good time-management skills

BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field

Should be self-motivated, highly organized, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision

Having any of the following is a plus

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and other emerging internet application technologies

Prior experience working within a technical environment

Interest in emerging technologies in web, mobile, and other devices

Experience designing for a global audience in multiple languages

Familiarity with the agile software development process
