Responsibilities:

·         Organizing and keeping track of music update orders for CDs received from other MOOD: subsidiaries

·         Organizing the production of the discs by providing the necessary info to the production technician in charge, following the internal procedures.

·         Keeping track of all CD orders that are transmitted by e-mail for special situations (signalized by the MOOD: subsidiaries representatives for certain locations)

·         Communicate with the MOOD: subsidiaries representatives by e-mail

·         Provide back-off  work  when the production technician is on leave – training will be provided

Technical skills:

·         High-performing PC user and proven advanced skills in Windows Office Suite, especially Excel.

·         Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required

·         Highly organized and detail oriented ;

·         Good interpersonal communication skills

·         Decision making skills for the ordering process
