Your tasks

• Being part of our Logistics team, you will work with focus on these topics: Branch operations and logistics


• Ensure that all CMRs of carriers from Southeast Europe are received and stored online


• Verify the accuracy of CMRs issued by carriers in Southeast Europe in accordance with industry standards


• Maintain the relationship with the transport collaborators by telephone and/or e-mail


• Ensure that all the payments of the partner carriers are accomplished according to the established deadlines


• Check the invoices issued by the partner carriers and the delivery status of the cars


• Responsible for penalties applied to partner carriers


• Report to the hierarchical manager 

Your Profile

• Good knowledge of microsoft office programs


• Deep business understanding and excellent knowledge of business processes


• Excellent analytical skills with great communication skills


• Self motivated individual who can succeed in a dynamic, fast paced environment


• Problem solver, self driven and very good assertiveness


• Proficient in MS Office
