What are you going to do?

As a Scrum Master you are responsible for two or three teams within our product development team. You know better than anyone what is going on; you identify, anticipate and monitor focus for the team, so that the agreed sprint goals are achieved. You will work closely with both the Product Owner and the team to achieve the best results in the most efficient way and to create impact for the business. You are the point of contact within the team and ensure clear communication and following the Agile Way of Working.

After the start of the sprint, you support the team in the realization of the work and you facilitate the scrum events. Thanks to your coaching and feedback, your teams become powerful and increasingly "self-organizing"

Requirements:

You remove obstacles and ensure that nothing stands in the way of your team members to do their work;

You focus on efficiency and do everything you can to optimize the output;

You motivate others to formulate goals and do everything you can to achieve them;

You are in possession of your PSM certificate and have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master;

You think result-driven and you are an expert in planning and organizing; You have affinity with IT and software.
