Join our global team and play a vital role in driving the success of our logistics solutions. As an Account Manager Inside Sales, you will:

• Independently manage and take responsibility for a customer portfolio
• Acquire new customers through digital meetings, calls, and emails
• Present Leschaco products and services
• Actively participate in sales campaigns
• Build and maintain personal relationships with clients

Offer Creation and Commercial Support:

• Create customer offers
• Support the implementation of new business and test phases for all products
• Track and update rates and price lists

Process Management and Feedback:

• Regularly update and maintain all activities in the CRM system
• Communicate customer requirements to aid in the qualification and selection of service providers
• Provide commercial feedback to support price negotiations with vendors

Profile:

• Experience in inside sales or sales, ideally in the logistics or service industry
• Strong skills in customer communication and relationship building
• Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Ability to work independently and result-oriented
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and MS Office
• Team player who enjoys a dynamic work environment
