Our team is expanding, and we are looking for new colleagues who excel at providing fantastic support for our customers in a user-friendly, professional manner. You will be on the front lines, interacting with our customers every day. We help customers with their technical issues via email/chat and provide thoughtful, focused feedback to internal teams.
General Responsibilities:
- Provide an excellent customer experience through high-quality communication and interactions;
- Creatively assist customers using a a variety of channels (email/chat /phone etc.) to respond to and resolve their issues;
- Identify and analyze issues, patterns and usability obstacles;
- Effectively articulate complex information to customers of all technical levels;
- Maintain help desk information to reduce support inquiries;
- Assist in provisioning of new customers being handed over from sales.

Working hours: alternative schedule - 1-week night shift 11:30 PM-7:30 AM and the following day shift 07:30/8:30 AM - 04:00/5:00 PM
