What you will do in this role
As a Content Reviewer on our team, you will:
- Do content moderation on the platform of one of the biggest clients
- Understand and remain up to date with content policies and guidelines
- Review content (could be in text, image, audio, video, or any other format) according to the policies and guidelines provided by the client
- Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action
- Use basic level of judgement to perform the required tasks.
- Develop your skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people's lives.
- Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Are proficient or bilingual in German and English
- Minimum 1 year - previous experience in Sensitive & Highly Sensitive content reviewing/moderation
- Are proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Have availability to work from our office in Bucharest
- Have availability to work in shifts (24/7)
