By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00, in a hybrid setup in Bucharest or Brasov and fully remote if you are from any other city from Romania.
How you will make an impact:
Cover end-to-end payroll operations for employees in Hungary, including data collection, validation, payroll calculation, compliance with local labor laws, tax and social security contributions, reporting, and post-payroll activities such as reconciliations and audits;
Collaboration with different stakeholders, including external authorities to ensure smooth payroll operations and compliance;
Payroll calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance;
Collect, validate, and process payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and benefits;
Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and stakeholders;
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve payroll discrepancies and issues;
Consolidate and transfer all Payroll Input to Payroll System/Payroll Vendors (HR delivered files from SAP);
Prepare payroll reports and assist in internal and external audits.
Skills that make your work successful:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably HR payroll in a shared service or multinational environment;
Strong knowledge of Hungarian payroll legislation and tax regulations;
Experience working with Global SAP, payroll software and HR systems;
Strong proficiency in Hungarian and English (minimum B2 level);
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines;
Diploma required: Bachelor's Degree.
