YOUR TASKS

Body Electronics Design and Development department gives you the opportunity to develop and apply your technical knowledge and creative thinking in various activities like defining project architecture based on AUTOSAR standard, design and implement specific applications using C programming language or Model-Based Design tools (MATLAB/Simulink/TargetLink), design software architecture or design hardware layout and define hardware architecture. Also, you can grow within system engineering team and develop system architectures and system requirements. If your interest is in project management, you can learn how to organize and plan activities in our projects.
A team of over 180 embedded engineers, software project managers and project managers is ready to support you with guidance and training on the job in complete project software development activities from quotation up to end of productio

• You will manage automotive projects in the area of Body Control, covering the entire lifetime of the project (quotation, development, industrialization, series production, change requests)
• You will lead a multidisciplinary team composed by members from different disciplines: software, hardware, mechanical, testing, functional safety, cybersecurity, quality and production
• You will be the primary point of contact with customers (OEMs) and you will be responsible to achieve the project goals in terms of cost, time and quality

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

 

• You have 5+ years of experience in the automotive world
• You have 3+ years of experience in project management, leading multiple disciplines
• You have a good understanding of product development process
• Your approachable personality with leadership skills, good inter-cultural and communicational competences makes you the perfect candidate
• Proficiency in German is highly appreciated
