- Welcome and receive the
hotel guests- Adequately make accommodation to each guest,
- Hand over the key to the room in accordance with the security procedures.
- Check the list of arrivals and follow the special requirements.
- Answer the questions and requests of the guests both personally and on the phone. It also takes reservations.
- Issues the invoice in accordance with the cashier's policies, upon the guest's departure.
- Promote the hotel and maintain an atmosphere of understanding and mutual help among the employees and work in a team.
- Operates foreign exchange transactions in accordance with the hotel's policies.
