PYRONOVA IS ROMANIA is a professional company specialized in fire protection.
The company aims at effectively designing and realizing the fire protection of objects, buildings and the life and health of persons, while paying attention to specific user’s requirements and possible risk factors, maintaining high demands on quality. PYRONOVA currently belongs among leaders on the Slovak and Romanian markets in designing and implementing fire protection systems. The main office is in Cluj-Napoca and the sites are located in the whole Europe including Romania.

Role Description

This job requires mobility and desire to travel on Site locations - more than 95% of the working time: 20 days on sites + 10 days recovery at home or 10 days on sites + 4 days recovery at home.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager located on the sites from Europe and Romania. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to fire safety regulations, managing site personnel, and coordinating with clients and suppliers to deliver effective fire protection solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in the Engineering field (Constructions/Installations faculty is an advantage)


• Driving license, category B


• Knowledge of foreign languages: English (both written and spoken it's mandatory)


• Other Central European language is an advantage


• Computer skills: MS Office


• AutoCAD


• Analytical and technical thinking


• The ability to lead, to coordinate and to control a team


• Willing to make frequent business trips on sites, more than 95% of the time


• Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage

What you will have to handle

• Scheduling the works of the subordinate


• Traveling in the Romania for site visits


• Ensure professional work on the site and meets the deadline assigned


• Preparing pre-orders for required materials and keeping track of available human resources


• Assure and train the subordinate colleagues


• Elaboration of the execution time sheets schedule


• Communication with the immediate superior, including reports and analysis


• Manage the tasks entrusted to them until they are completed and handed over according to the contract


• Participation on the weekly site meetings, and communication with the customer’s responsible representatives


• Gives improvement proposals and innovative solutions for higher quality and streamlining processes in the company
